Course overview
Managers account for much of the difference in team engagement, and engaged teams are measurably more profitable. This two-day programme turns culture into a business advantage by working on four areas at once: HR systems, leadership values, innovation and the workplace itself.
Teams leave with an HR system audit, a culture map that aligns leadership behaviours with company values, an innovation toolkit and a culture transformation plan with clear HR, leadership, innovation and workplace actions.
Practical learning
Each area is applied immediately to the participants’ own organisation, so the audit, culture map and transformation plan are ready to use when the team returns to work.
