Course overview
Teams are working hard, but inefficient workflows drain their capacity: much of the workforce lacks the time or energy to do its work, burnout is common, and staff bringing their own AI tools creates control and data risks.
This two-day programme makes Copilot part of how work gets done, so the productivity gains land in real tasks the moment the team returns to work.
Practical learning
Every module is built around a workplace task the participants already do, from dashboards and reports to a working agent and a more efficient SOP.
